30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your CAMPINGMOON gear. If you’re not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
• Proof of purchase is required
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged items (unless defective)
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards

How to Return

1. Email support@thecampingmoon.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We’ll send you a return authorization and shipping label
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back
4. Refund is processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at support@thecampingmoon.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
