How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within the contiguous US takes 3–7 business days. Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States. International shipping is available at a flat rate of $24.99. For bulk international orders, contact wholesale@thecampingmoon.com.

How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track it in your account dashboard.

How long is the warranty?
CAMPINGMOON products come with a one-year warranty from date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

Products

Are CAMPINGMOON stoves compatible with all gas canisters?
Our stoves use the standard EN417 Lindal valve system, compatible with most camping gas canisters including Coleman, MSR, and Primus.

What materials are used in your products?
We use premium materials including 304 stainless steel, high-grade aluminum alloy, and durable titanium where appropriate.

What certifications do your products have?
All products meet or exceed quality standards and quality control procedures conform to strict international requirements.

We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through PayPal. We never store your full credit card details.
