Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within the contiguous United States. Orders under $99 are charged a flat rate of $6.99.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping is coming soon. For bulk international orders, please contact wholesale@thecampingmoon.com.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at support@thecampingmoon.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
